There are technicians and replacment hardware onsite on all remote server locations and available 24/7/365. We have the ability to address any network/server issues instantly.

Connectivity

We do not use 1 carrier nor do we use cheap cogent bandwidth. We are connected to TIER 1 providers! Our main providers are: InterNap and AtlantaNap, providing more then 12Gbps of bandwidth.
