One free month is available per client account, whether you’re new to Blue Arctic or have been with us for years. After that, your plan renews automatically at its regular monthly price, from $10.95/mo. Yearly billing has no free month and is charged at the normal yearly price. To stop that renewal, send a cancellation request from the client portal or to support at least 7 days before your renewal date. Full conditions are in Terms of Service Section 15.

Yes, for new customers on Shared Web Hosting or Managed WordPress Hosting: ask for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase and it goes back to the payment method you used, in 5 to 10 business days. It doesn’t cover VPS Hosting, Virtual Dedicated Servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates, add-on services or Professional Services.

Yes, free. An engineer copies your files, databases, mailboxes, DNS zones and certificates, tests the copy here, then switches it over at a time you pick. Your current site stays online throughout, and most sites are moved within 24 hours. A site on a closed site-builder platform can’t be copied file for file, so it has to be rebuilt. Your website runs on a server alongside other customers’ websites, which is what keeps the price at a few dollars a month. Each account gets a defined CPU and memory allocation, enforced by CloudLinux, and we limit how many accounts go on one machine, so another account’s traffic is contained. These are protected allocations, not dedicated hardware. If you need a machine to yourself, that’s a Virtual Dedicated Server.

Files and databases are backed up daily to separate infrastructure and kept for 30 days, under the Terms of Service. Restores are handled through the helpdesk. Backups are a safety net, not a substitute for your own copies of anything business-critical.

Moving up a plan is a billing change, not a migration. If the work outgrows shared hosting altogether (sustained heavy traffic, a large catalogue or root-level control), we’ll say so, and a Cloud Server keeps cPanel. Standard plans aren’t HIPAA or PCI DSS compliant environments; for regulated data, start at compliance.
