It doesn’t apply to VPS Hosting, Virtual Dedicated Servers, domain registrations, SSL certificates, add-on services or Professional Services. Professional Services are backed by our satisfaction guarantee, subject to the applicable service terms.
99.99% uptime SLA
If we miss it, you get service credits on your account. On Web Hosting it covers the whole service we run for you; on servers it covers the hardware and network we operate. Read the SLA.

Billing questions
Are there any setup fees?
No. Setup is free on every hosting plan. Server setup times are on the VPS and Virtual Dedicated Server pages.
Am I billed monthly or yearly?
Shared Web Hosting cards show two prices: the lower one is the monthly rate when you pay for a year up front, the higher one is month to month. Managed WordPress, Website Care, VPS and Virtual Dedicated Servers are billed monthly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and we prorate the difference. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Payments are processed through Stripe.
