The most common way into a WordPress site is a plugin nobody updated. Most of this work happens before anything goes wrong.

A free call and a look at what the site runs, what it runs on and what condition it’s in. You leave knowing which plan fits. If the site is badly outdated, compromised or unstable, we quote that work first rather than start a plan on top of a problem.
We take it on
You hand over access once. We write down how the site is put together, check what backups exist and whether they’re healthy, then clear the backlog of updates and security findings.

Emergency Server Support
You get straight to an engineer with full access to the server. We find what failed and work the problem, and every step goes down in writing. For a server that’s unreachable, web services that are down, or an active exploit that needs containing.

Our written guarantee: If we do not restore service or deliver a clear, documented explanation of why restoration is not possible within the engagement scope, we refund the fee in full.
Work starts as soon as we have access: a WordPress administrator login and file access for a malware job, root or administrator access for a server job. Send it through the 24/7 client portal helpdesk, where we track the job and where the write-up lands.
Questions
Does my site have to be hosted with Blue Arctic?
No, and it doesn’t have to move. What a plan needs is a WordPress site we can properly access and manage. Tell us where it lives at the review and we’ll confirm the fit before you buy anything. Many clients pair Website Care with Managed WordPress Hosting or Shared Web Hosting, so one team covers both.
Are backups included?
Off-site encrypted backups with integrity verification are a Premium Care feature, not a Starter Care one. Separately, if the site is hosted with Blue Arctic, the hosting plan takes its own daily backups with 30-day retention under our Terms of Service. On Premium Care an engineer works the restore with you, including which recovery point is the right one. Neither replaces your own copies of anything business-critical.
What isn’t covered?
Nothing here is unlimited. Starter Care covers the maintenance work itself; Premium Care adds five support requests a month for small changes such as a content edit, an image swap or a minor layout update. New features, a redesign or custom development are website development, quoted in writing at $120/hour, with lower retainer rates. So are replacing software that’s no longer supported, copywriting, SEO campaigns, advertising and third-party licences beyond the premium plugin library.
Can an update break my site?
It can, which is why a person reviews every core and plugin update before it goes live and watches the site afterwards. Nobody can promise that about software they didn’t write. On a store, the fragile parts get extra attention: payment and shipping extensions, checkout, subscriptions and scheduled actions.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long commitment, but not instant either. Website Care is billed monthly. Cancellation requires 60 days’ written notice and takes effect at the end of the billing period in which the notice period ends. Send the notice through the client portal (Terms of Service, Section 13).
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Website Care is backed by our satisfaction guarantee, subject to the applicable service terms. It isn’t covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, which is a separate hosting policy for new customers on Shared Web Hosting and Managed WordPress Hosting. The two $199 emergency engagements each carry their own written money-back guarantee, quoted in full above.
