Do I have to host with Blue Arctic to use Professional Services?
No. Your site or server can live on our infrastructure or anywhere else. Many clients pair these services with our hosting so one team is accountable for both, but that’s your choice. We scope the work to wherever your site or server lives today.
Am I locked into a contract?
Website Care and Server Administration are billed monthly. Cancellation requires 60 days’ written notice and takes effect at the end of the billing period in which the notice period ends. Hosting needs 7 days’ notice before your renewal date. Development and marketing projects are scoped and priced per project, and you approve the scope before anything is billed.
Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply to Professional Services?
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to hosting (Shared Web Hosting and Managed WordPress Hosting), not to Professional Services. Professional Services are backed by our satisfaction guarantee, subject to the applicable service terms. The two emergency engagements carry their own written guarantees, printed beside the button where each one is sold.
