What we do
Monitoring and alerts
We watch CPU, memory, disk, services and logs, and an engineer investigates every alert.
Hardening, rechecked monthly
Firewall setup, PHP hardening, securing SSH (the remote login used to administer your server), daily scans and DDoS mitigation. We check every month that it’s all still in place.
Performance
We diagnose slow responses on the server itself and fix what’s causing them.
Patching, migrations and restores
OS updates, kernel fixes and critical CVEs (publicly known security flaws) on your patch schedule. Migrations get a written rollback plan, and we check a restore works before you need one.
Emergency server support
When a production server is unreachable, you don’t need a consultation. Emergency server support is a flat $199 per incident, hosted anywhere, no plan required.
- Production server unreachable or unresponsive
- Apache, Nginx or the application layer failing
- A misconfiguration taking the service down
- An active exploit or unauthorized access to contain
We connect, find what failed and work the incident through, and you get a written record of what we found and changed. Emergency requests come in through the 24/7 helpdesk. Professional Services sit outside the SLA, so this work carries no uptime service credits.
Our written guarantee: If we do not restore service or deliver a clear, documented explanation of why restoration is not possible within the engagement scope, we refund the fee in full.

Questions
What is included in the $199 a month, and what costs extra?
Everything in the plan list, on the servers in your scope document. Billed separately: application development at $120 per hour, an emergency incident outside your scope at a flat $199, and each additional server (larger multi-server setups are quoted). Out of scope: your application code, third-party software licences, servers where we lack OS-level access, and servers outside your scope document.
Which servers and control panels can you manage?
Linux servers running cPanel or Plesk, where our engineers can get direct OS-level access. They can run here or anywhere else. We quote multi-server setups after a conversation.
How does onboarding work?
We read the server first: configuration, packages, services, firewall rules and patch status, and we fix anything critical straight away. Then we close the open exposures and record a known-good configuration. From there it’s patching, alert investigation and incident work, with a report each cycle of what we updated and reviewed.
My server is a Blue Arctic Cloud Server. What does this add?
Every Cloud Server (VPS or Virtual Dedicated Server) comes with Core Managed: OS security patching, Imunify360, CloudLinux, and control panel maintenance, plus DDoS filtering at the network edge. That is the server underneath your applications. Your applications are the part it leaves alone. Nobody here is paged when one of your services stops answering. Server Administration is that layer.
Do I need a long-term contract?
Management is billed monthly at $199. Cancellation requires 60 days’ written notice and takes effect at the end of the billing period in which the notice period ends. Hosting needs 7 days’ notice before your renewal date.
