Files, database, themes, plugins and media, tested together. Drupal, Joomla and custom PHP move the same way. Stores keep taking orders while we copy, so we agree the final sync with you.
Whole cPanel accounts
Websites, databases, mailboxes, DNS zones, forwarders and certificates. Our shared platform runs cPanel, so a cPanel account moves across as it is.
Your email
On Shared Web Hosting, which includes business email, mailboxes are recreated and checked before the switch. Managed WordPress Hosting has no email, so your existing mail service keeps running where it is.
SSL and DNS
Certificates are reissued or transferred so the padlock stays in place. Our engineers update your DNS records and run the switch.
Free with every Shared Web Hosting and Managed WordPress Hosting plan. VPS and Virtual Dedicated Servers get a free basic migration for standard cPanel or Plesk setups. Sites on closed website builders can’t be copied and need a paid rebuild.

FAQ
Migration questions
Will my site go offline during the move?
No. Your site keeps serving visitors from your current host while we copy and test it on ours. We prepare the domain settings in advance, so visitors reach the new server as soon as it goes live.
How long does a migration take?
Most sites are moved within 24 hours of you sending us the access we need. A very large site, or a provider that limits how fast data can be pulled out, can take longer, and we’ll tell you if that applies to yours.
Will I lose my email when I change hosts?
Your addresses come with you. Mailboxes are part of the hosting account we move, so the addresses at your domain keep working, and we check that sending and receiving both work before we call the move finished. Tell us at the start how your mail is set up, including whether it’s on your current host or with a separate provider such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, because that changes what we do with it. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose, as you would before any change. This applies to Shared Web Hosting, which includes email. Managed WordPress Hosting does not host mailboxes, so email for those sites lives on a Shared Web Hosting account.
What do you need from me?
A login to your current hosting account (or a backup archive, if you’d rather send one), plus access to wherever your domain is registered so the switch can be scheduled. If you have a preferred time for the switch, tell us at the start. You don’t need to do anything technical yourself.
Do I have to touch DNS myself?
Not on your own. DNS is the record that points your domain at your server, and getting it wrong is how migrations break, so our engineers plan the switch and run it at a time you agree. If your domain is registered somewhere we can’t reach, we tell you exactly what to change, or make the change with you on a call.
Is it really free?
Yes, with every Shared Web Hosting and Managed WordPress Hosting plan. On Shared Web Hosting that covers the website, databases, mailboxes and SSL. Managed WordPress has no email, so the move covers the website and we plan around your existing mail service. VPS and Virtual Dedicated Servers get a free basic migration for standard cPanel or Plesk setups. See plans and pricing.
Can you move me from any host?
Almost any. If your provider gives you access to your files and databases (through cPanel, Plesk, SFTP or a backup archive), we can move you. The exception is closed website builders that don’t let you export your site. Those sites can’t be copied anywhere and have to be rebuilt, which is paid work our development team can quote.
