Shared Web Hosting is our general-purpose cPanel platform: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla and PHP applications, with business email at your domain, from $7.95/mo paid yearly. Managed WordPress Hosting is a separate platform that runs WordPress and WooCommerce only, managed from its own WordPress control panel instead of cPanel, with staging, one-click cloning and Patchstack protection included. Choose it when WordPress is all you run and your email lives elsewhere.
What does “managed” cover?
We run the platform: the servers, caching, the firewall, malware scanning, Patchstack protection and daily backups, with a 24/7 helpdesk behind it. Your themes, plugins and content are yours, and you choose when updates run. If you want someone to review and apply updates and look after the site itself, that’s Website Care, a separate service from $100/mo.
Is email included?
No. This platform runs WordPress and WooCommerce only. Business email at your domain comes with Shared Web Hosting, and plenty of customers run the two side by side. Mailboxes that already live somewhere else stay exactly where they are.
Can you migrate my existing WordPress website?
Yes, free. An engineer copies your site here, tests it, and switches it over at a time you choose. Your current site stays online throughout, and most sites are moved within 24 hours. The move covers the website only. See how a migration runs.
Are backups included?
Yes. Every site is backed up daily and kept for 30 days. You can restore a backup yourself from the WordPress hosting control panel whenever you need to, or open a support ticket and we will restore it for you. Backups are a safety net, not a substitute for keeping your own copies of anything business-critical.
How does the free first month work?
You pay $0 for the first month on any Managed WordPress plan, migration included. A valid payment method is required at checkout, and the offer is one per client account, open to any client who hasn’t used it before. Your plan then renews automatically at its regular price, from $29/mo, unless you send a cancellation request from the client portal or to support at least 7 days before your renewal date. New customers are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. Full conditions are in Terms of Service Section 15.
