Are there any setup fees?
No. All Blue Arctic hosting plans include free setup. Your account is provisioned within minutes of payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we will prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time from the client portal. Monthly plans are not refundable for the current period. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do prices increase on renewal?
No. Blue Arctic does not use promotional pricing. The price you sign up at is the price you renew at.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
