The Client Portal at my.bluearctic.com is where you pay invoices, manage your services and open support tickets. You sign in with the email address and password on your Blue Arctic account.

Note

Your Client Portal login is not your cPanel login. cPanel has its own username and password; see how to log in to cPanel.

Warning

Don’t click Create a New Account if you already have an account with us. It makes a second, empty account without your services or invoices. If you can’t get in, reset your password instead.

  1. Go to my.bluearctic.com. The Secure Client Login page opens.
  2. In Email Address, type the email address on your Blue Arctic account.
  3. In Password, type your password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is off.
  4. Tick Remember Me only if you’re on your own device.
  5. Click Login.

If you normally sign in with Google, use the Google button on the same page instead.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot? by the password box.
  2. On the Lost Password Reset page, type the email address on your account in Email Address.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Open the reset email from Blue Arctic. If it isn’t in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  5. Click the link in the email.
  6. Choose a new password that you don’t use anywhere else. A password manager can create and store one for you.
  7. Sign in with the new password.

Tip

If you asked for more than one reset, use the link in the newest email.

How to tell it worked

After you click Login, your account opens and you no longer see the Secure Client Login page. If the sign-in page comes back with an error message, read the troubleshooting list below.

Troubleshooting

  • The portal says your login details are wrong: check that you used the email address on your Blue Arctic account, not your cPanel username. If you pasted the password, check that no extra space came with it, or let your password manager fill it in. Then reset the password.
  • No reset email arrives: check spam, then try any other email address you might have used when you ordered.
  • The reset link doesn’t work: ask for a new reset and use the link in the newest email.
  • The portal asks for a code or an answer you can’t give: email support@bluearctic.com from the email address on your account and ask for help getting back in. Our team will tell you how it checks that you own the account.
  • You no longer have access to the email address on your account: email support@bluearctic.com from your new address and explain. For account questions you can also call +1 (888) 624-2527, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM ET.

Still need help?

If you can sign in, open a support ticket from the Client Portal (see how to open a support ticket). If you can’t, email support@bluearctic.com. Include the email address on your account, your domain, the exact error text, a screenshot and what you already tried. Never send a password or a sign-in code in a ticket or email.
